Emily Conlon, MA, LMFT

Emily Conlon, MA, LMFT, is the Director of Operations at Align Treatment Center, where she oversees operations across both residential facilities in support of high-quality clinical care for adolescents and their families.

Emily earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and trained at the UCSD Eating Disorder Center in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

She served as Director of Clinical Operations at Equip Health, where she was instrumental in building clinical operations infrastructure from the ground up, and later as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Nema Health, where she helped scale a virtual behavioral health program with strong patient outcomes.

As a licensed clinician in an operational role, Emily holds both the clinical and operational realities of residential care at once and brings that perspective to the decisions that shape the experience of patients and families at Align.
