Align Treatment Center, located in Escondido, California, is specifically designed for adolescents between the ages of 10-17 struggling with eating disorders. Our residential program provides a highly structured and supportive 24-hour treatment environment with intensive family based, group-based and individual skill building components.
Following evidence-based treatment models, we practice a Family Based treatment model to educate, support and empower parents while using modalities like CBT and DBT to help your child develop the motivation and will to recover while learning effective coping strategies.

Our daughter has struggled with an eating disorder for many years. She typically has looked at treatment as a challenge and would fight against it, until Align. Align's entire team worked with her with complete compassion, which made the biggest difference for her. Our whole family was given very strong support, including her siblings. What We Treat
We treat adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Bulimia Nervosa (BN), Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Binge Eating Disorder (BED) and Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED), a category that includes subclinical eating disorders and atypical eating disorders (e.g., purging disorder, exercise bulimia and weight loss complicated by functional gastro-intestinal disorders).
